This is a very original and high quality event for groups around the world-known Spanish hams.

During the workshop you will be explained of the different types of ham, both from Spain and from other countries. You will learn about the Spanish D.O. (Denominación de Origen) and the preparation process from the farm to the plate. You will be shown which are the best tools to use to make a professional cutting, how to prepare and use these.
After the briefing you will try by yourself the ham cutting and of course, tasting of the ham with wine, bread and olive oil.
