Day 1 Lisbon
Arrival at Lisbon airport. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Lisbon - Évora (140 km/2,30h)
In the morning drive to northeast and admire the natural beauty of Alentejo region. Reach Évora, listed as World Heritage Site. The rest of the day, discover the city and its historic significance. Walk along the most important monuments: The Roman Temple of Diana, dating from 2nd century, the Romanesque-gothic Cathedral, Saint Francis Church with the Chapel of Bones and the University. In the afternoon enjoy your free time to wander around the city and to try the local gastronomy and the excellent wines. Overnight in Évora.

Day 3 Évora - Beja (80 km/1,30h)- Mértola (70 km/1,30h) - Tavira (90 km/1,30h)
Continue the trip through the Alentejo region and stop for a visit in Beja, a medieval town with whitewashed houses and 13th century castle. Learn about the secret love story of a nun, who once lived here. Proceed south until you reach Mértola, a picturesque riverside town with white paris church, converted from a mosque in the 12th century, and a castle, where you can have a spectacular views over the entire town and region. In the afternoon arrive in Tavira, a charming town with pyramid-shaped rooftops and one of the prettiest places in Algarve. Overnight in Tavira.

Day 4 Tavira - Faro (40 km/1h)- Silves (70 km/1h) - Lagos (40 km/1h)
Drive west along the Algarve coastline and see the capital of the region - Faro. Enjoy a walk in the old town and free time for shopping. See the Bishop palace, the Cathedral and the charming square Largo da Sé. Later, pass through the most luxury beach resorts of Portugal and lively coastal villages like Quarteira, Vilamoura and Albufeira. By fields of orange trees arrive in Silves, the capital of Moorish Algarve with its red sandstone castle. Last stop for the day is Lagos, very attractive coastal town with rich history, reminding of the Age of Discovery. Overnight in Lagos.

Day 5 Lagos - Ponta da Piedade - Sagres (40 km/1h)- Cabo S.Vicente - Lagos (40 km/1h)
Today you will travel through the best part of Algarve, with unique views and historic places. Admire the beautiful cliffs in Ponta da Piedade and continue to Sagres, a fishing port, where you will visit the famous school of navigation, founded by Henry the Navigator. Afterwards, reach Cabo de São Vicente, incredibly beautiful place and the most southwestern point of Europe. Once considered by the Portuguese as “the end of the world”, you can still feel the immense of the Atlantic here. Return to Lagos for overnight.

Day 6 Lagos - Setúbal (270 km/4h) - Lisbon (50 km/1h)
In the morning leave Algarve and return to Lisbon. On the way, visit in Setúbal, industrious fishing city and the country's third largest port. Explore the old town and visit the Church of Jesus, recognized as the earliest example of Manueline architecture. Later, proceed to Lisbon and enjoy the amazing view over the capital, while crossing 25th of april Bridge. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 7 Lisbon
Departure to Lisbon airport.
