Dublin - Kildare - Kilkenny - Waterford - Tipperary - Limerick - Clare - Bunratty - Corofin - Galway - Dublin

Day 1 Dublin
Arrival at the airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 Dublin
Go to a medieval walking tour through the heart of the Liberties and St Patrick`s Cathedral and have a visit to Trinity College to see the beautifully crafted Book of Kells. Visit the National Museum of Ireland, which houses some of the most striking artefacts from Medieval Ireland and then to Dublinia, the Viking centre. Here learn of the origin of Dublin as a Viking port and later enjoy a tour of the Christchurch Cathedral. Have some free time. Overnight.

Day 3 Dublin – Kildare (60km/1h) – Kilkenny (90km/1,30h)
Depart Dublin and drive to Kildare – a town, dates from the 5th century. Here visit the Heritage Centre and enjoy a walking tour of the town. Continue to Kilkenny and after arrival visit St Canice’s Cathedral and the Black Abbey. Overnight in Kilkenny.

Day 4 Kilkenny - Waterford (50km/1h)
Have a tour to Kilkenny Castle - built in 1195 by William Marshal. Continue to Augustine Priory in Kells and the Jerpoint Abbey on route to Waterford city. In Waterford visit the Waterford Museum of Treasures and learn of the town’s medieval history. Enjoy a visit to the Waterford Visitor Center. Have some free time for leisure. Overnight.

Day 5 Waterford – Tipperary (90km/1,30h)
Travel to Tipperary. En route visit the Medieval Ormond Castle in Carrick on Suir which was built in 1309. Continue with Cahir Castle, one of Ireland’s largest and best-preserved castles situated on a rocky island on the River Suir. Next are the Cashel Heritage Centre and Folk village where you’ll discover what life was like in Cashel many year ago. Continue to Tipperary for an overnight.

Day 6 Tipperary – Limerick (50km/1h)
Today continue the tour with a visit the beautiful village of Adare. Here visit the Trinitarian Abbey and Adare Castle. Continue to Limerick where you will visit the impressive Kink John`s Castle. Have a tour to city`s Medieval Quarter and St. Mary`s Cathedral before enjoying some free time in the city. Overnight.

Day 7 Limerick - Clare (50km/1h) – Bunratty (30km/1h)
Depart Limerick and continue to country Clare where you will visit the town Killaloe – made up of charming narrow streets and have a visit the 13th century cathedral. The town was home to Brian Boru, the High King who united Ireland against the Vikings. Have a visit to the Brian Boru Heritage Centre to learn about the most infamous King of Medieval Ireland. Continue to Bunratty castle and Folk Park where you’ll enjoy a stroll around the park and discover the history of the Castle.

Day 8 Bunratty – Corofin (40km/1h) – Galway (60km/1h)
Today visit O’Dea Castle in Corofin and afterwards have a walking tour and discover the city`s dark medieval history. Enjoy some free time and explore the city on your own. Continue to Dunguaire Castle - a 16th-century tower house on the southeastern shore of Galway Bay. It is thought to be the most photographed castle in Ireland. Continue to Galway for an overnight.

Day 9 Galway – Dublin (210km/3h)
Transfer to Dublin airport for final departure.
