Day 1 Paris
Arrival in Paris. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 Paris - Versailles (30km/1h) – Paris (30km/1h)
Today enjoy the sightseeing tour which includes the Arc de Triomphe , the Champs Elysees and many more sites. Drive along the Champs Elysees to the Place de la Concorde, where the royal and many aristocracy members were guillotined during the French Revolution. Later, we'll feature the incredible ascent of the Eiffel Tower, and a relaxing scenic Seine Cruise featuring such highlights as the Notre Dame Cathedral and Pont Alexandre III. Afterwards, the drive takes you to visit the glorious Palace of Versailles. Then, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Paris.
Day 3 Paris
This morning visit one of the world's greatest art museums - The Louvre. Enjoy the works of Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace and the most famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci - the Mona Lisa. You will have some leisure time and can go shopping near the Opera. Overnight in Paris.
Day 4 Paris - Lucerne (670km/8h)
Today drive from Paris to Switzerland. During your drive to Switzerland, you will travel through France and Germany, prior to driving through Basel, Switzerland. Arrive in Lucerne in the early evening and overnight in Lucerne.
Day 5 Lucerne - Verona (400km/5h) – Venice (130km/2,30h)
After breakfast, drive to Verona, a city full of historical buildings and romance. Continue on foot and visit the Roman amphitheatre - Verona Arena, and will pass by cobblestone streets. See the setting of the story of Romeo and Juliet, the short passageway leading to the balcony is covered with slips of paper with signatures on it. Then transfer to Venice, the "city of canals" and stay for overnight in Venice.
Day 6 Venice – Florence (260km/4,30h)
After breakfast, a water bus will take you along the canals past many marvellous buildings and beautiful churches, to San Marco Square. Here see the Basilica di San Marco, one the best known examples of Byzantine architecture in the world. Also visit The Bridge of Sighs which connects an old prison to the interrogation rooms in Doge's Palace. Then after witnessing a demonstration of Murano glass-blowing, perhaps a gondola ride to the Grand Canal would be hard to resist. In the afternoon, transfer to Florence for an overnight.
Day 7 Florence - Rome (280km/4,30h)
Have a half day tour of Florence and see the highlights of the birthplace of the Renaissance, including Ponte Vecchio, visit the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore, one of the most extraordinary cathedrals famous with its dome by Filippo Brunelleschi. Go to Piazzale Michelangelo to admire breathtaking views over the city. In the afternoon, transfer to Rome for an overnight.
Day 8 Rome - Vatican - Rome
Have a tour dedicated to the Vatican Museums, which house over 9 miles of the most extensive collection of art in the world. See the Sistine chapel, ceiling by Michelangelo and the Raphael Rooms. Later, visit the St.Peter’s church and end in the superb square designed by Bernini. In the afternoon visit the three important churches - Basilica of St. Mary Major, St. John in Lateran, St. Paul Outside the Walls. Dinner at hotel and overnight.
Day 9 Rome
Morning tour dedicated to the highlights of Ancient Rome - visit the Colosseum, see the Roman Forum, the Pantheon. After that, experience the most famous Rome masterpieces such as Di Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna. Dinner and overnight.
Day 10 Rome - Pisa (360km/5h)
Drive north to Pisa, the former port city of Tuscany. Visit the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles) that hosts the cathedral, its baptistry and above all – the Leaning Tower, dated to 1173. Overnight in Pisa.
Day 11 Pisa - Monaco (50km/1h) - Nice (30km/1h)
This morning take a journey along the Mediterranean Sea to Monaco, enjoy the breathtaking scenery and visit a small country with big attraction, with visiting the grand palace and famous casino in Monte-Carlo. Arrival in Nice and overnight.
Day 12 Nice - Avignon (260km/3,30h)
Have a half day morning tour of Nice, the pearl of the French Riviera and then, proceed to Avignon. Overnight in Avignon.
Day 13 Avignon - Paris (train)
Start the day with a visit of the famous Roman, medieval and winemaking sights of Provence, Triumphal Arch in Orange, the legendary vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape, and the beautiful mountain villages of Gordes and Rousillon and after that transfer to the train station, board your TGV train towards Paris. At night, arrival in Paris and transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 14 Paris
Transfer to the airport for your final departure.
