Our program for your choir trip
Sunday 12th July 2020
Arrival at Lloret de Mar
Attending choirs arrive at Lloret de Mar. Check-in to your hotel from 14:00 pm. Group dinner at the hotel.
Meeting with the organizers of the choir festival.
Monday 13th July 2020
Beginning of the Festivals and competition concerts
In the morning breakfast at the hotel, following free time of your own to explore Lloret de Mar.
Lunch at the hotel.
In the afternoon rehearsals of the competing choirs in costumes. Following the competition concerts begin in Lloret de Mar.
The festival choirs (non-competitive) are invited to perform at different venues in Lloret de Mar.
Dinner at the hotel.
Tuesday 14th July 2020
Master Class, Joint Choral Singing and Gala Concert
In the morning breakfast at the hotel.
Following joint master class* of all participating choirs (competitive and non- competitive). Rehearsals of all participating choirs of the “common song”.
Lunch at the hotel.
In the afternoon Open Air Concert with joint choral singing of the common song of all choirs (competitive and non- competitive) near the Town Hall.
In the early evening, Gala Concert of the winners of the competition and prize distribution on the main square of Lloret de Mar.
Special thank-you certificates in the form of engraving on a special base from the town authorities for all participants of the choir festival.
Dinner at the hotel.
Wednesday 15th July 2020
Excursion to Barcelona with city sight seeing tour and concert in a basilica
In the morning breakfast at the hotel.
Following, enjoy a guided trip to Barcelona by coach (excursion and packed lunch incl. in the price). Official city tour in Barcelona (combined tour: walking and on coach). In the early afternoon choirs perform at a Basilica in the heart of Barcelona. Enjoy with your choir an expressive concert at the wonderful medieval Basilica de Santa Maria del Pi or the famous Basilica Sagrada Familia. (5 minute performance for each choir, sacred music and a cappella)
Coach return back to Lloret de Mar in the late afternoon and dinner at the hotel.
In the evening opportunity to visit a traditional flamenco show with vine, sangria, cava and other drinks (additional charge).
Thursday 16th July 2020
End of the choir festival and Departure des Chorfestivals und Antritt der Heimreise
In the morning breakfast at the hotel.
Check out from the hotel at 10:00 and depart for home/airport
Depending on your travel arrangements we recommend an excursion for example to Girona or Tossa de Mar on the arrival-, departure-, or extension day.
On request, we gladly organize an excursion for your group.

4 nights in a 3* or 4* hotel in Lloret de Mar/Costa Brava, centrally located

Participation in the choir festival (non-competing choirs) the following services are included: joint master class*, 1 concert in different venues in Lloret de Mar, joint choral singing on the main town square, Gala concert with participation certificate, performance at a basilica in Barcelona
Participation in the competition the following services are included: joint master class*, 1 competition concert, joint choral singing the main town square, Gala concert with award ceremony and distribution of diplomas and trophy cups for the winners, performance at a basilica in Barcelona
Excursion to Barcelona with transfer by coach and guided city tour
English speaking guide for the excursion to Barcelona
1 free place based on a minimum of 25 paying participants (basis twin room)
* Please note, the master class which is included in the festival is common and will be attended by all participants. Optionally, you can order a separate master class for your choir (additional charge).
Depending on your travel arrangements we will be happy to assist you with organizing your choral trip and with booking ground transportation (local coach) to/from the airport Barcelona or Girona.
