Day 2 - Istanbul City Tour

After breakfast, we have Istanbul City Tour. Our first visit will be HIPPODROME. Ancient Hippodrome was the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Than we will visit SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE. Across from Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, it was built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Our next visit will be HAGIA SOPHIA GRAND MOSQUE. The Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, previously known as the Church of Divine Wisdom, is simply the best of its kind! Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque is the greatest surviving example of Byzantine Architecture. For 1000 years, it was once the largest church in the world, decorated with stunning 6th century golden mosaics. Today it is a mosque. Lunch break at 13:00 pm. After the lunch, will take you to the ASIL EFENDI which is a unique atmosphere with reasonable prices for your shopping. OPTIONAL DINNER CRUISE ON THE BOSPHORUS TOUR: Tonight Between 19:30 to 23:30 we have an optional Entertaining Dinner Cruise program on the Bosphorus, where Europe and Asia are connected. Day 3 - Gallipoli Tour

At 06:00 or 06:30 am we depart for Gallipoli in order to visit the battle fields. Two hours later we will give you 20 minutes for relaxing in a restaurant area. We will arrive Gallipoli around 12:00 pm. and we will have lunch break, relax a little bit and then depart for the battle fields. Visit Gabatepe Museum. Start visiting the fields with Ariburnu Cemetery and Anzac Cove because these are the places where the war had started. Then Beach Cemetery, Lone Pine and Chunuck Bair. After the tour we will drive you to the hotel. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 4 - Troy Tour - Pergamon – Kusadasi

We depart at 08:30 and driving 30 minutes for to Troy. Visit the famous archeological and mythological site of Troy, home of the Trojan Horse and Helen of Troy. After Troy tour, 3 hour drive to Pergamon. Lunch break around 13:00 pm. and after the lunch departure for tour of the magnificent acropolis of Pergamon. Its impressive temples and library made it a renowned cultural and political centre at that times. Bergamon is a famous city for its jewellery, stones and silver. Day 5 - Kusadasi - Ephesus Tour - Turkish Village Sirince

If you cancel your booking until March 10, 2022; you can get full refund.

If you cancel your booking before 7 week of the event, we will refund 100 Euros only.

If the reservation is canceled 3 weeks prior to the tour, the total in the final installment you have paid (4th payment amount), will be refunded only.

GUARANTEE DEPART DATES AND GROUP NUMBER:
This tour program will depart from Istanbul from 31st March 2022 – 29th September 2022 with 14 different Departure dates as mentioned above. Even if there is only one person on the specified start date, our tour will be operated. Our groups generally include between 25 to 30 people.

 

CAN I MAKE MY OWN GUARANTEE TOUR DEPARTURE?

If the departure dates of our given plan doesn’t align with your prefrence or you have a group of

minimum 25 pax, we can arrange a professional guide (in different languages)  and vehicle ​​that you have requested for your group on special dates between 1st January 2022 - May 15, 2023.

If you wish to make this program for your own group or if you want to make your own serial group, you must guarantee a minimum of 25 guests and inform us your departure dates in advance so that we can make new reservations in the specified Hotels. Guests need to pay their deposite (30 Euro per Person) so that we can confirm their reservations before they arrive.

HOW CAN I GET A QUOTA AND CAN I NOTIFY THE GUESTS’ NAMES THAT WILL JOIN THE TOUR LATER?
If you want to do marketing about our tours and announce one or more of our departure dates, all you have to do is to secure your place by making a prepayment of 30.00 Euro Per Person. You must notify us with all the names that will participate in our tour before starting the tour. After paying the deposit, you will not be affected by price increases in our tour.

The prices of this program have been determined with the cooperation of specified hotels. These prices are only valid for accommodation in these hotels and a hotel that is not on the list cannot be requested. If there is a modification in the status of the specified hotels,  we have the authority to arrange a different hotel in the same category and under the same conditions.

 

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE TOUR PROGRAM:

PROFESSIONAL TOUR GUIDES:

For these programs, we produce an outstanding, experienced, knowledgeable professional guide who speaks English very well. However, if you have special groups of at least 25 people other than our specified groups, we can provide you with guides in other languages. You have to take a private tour for a private guide and state your choice in advance.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:
Many of our tours DO NOT include domestic flights because of the different cancellation policy of airline companies. If you want us to arrange your domestic flights we will be more than happy to assit you with best possible rates.These flights have a limitation of 15 kg of luggage with 8 kg of in-cabin weight depending on the Airlines. Please abide by these in-flight regulations. You should be present at the Airport an hour prior to flight times. We reserve and book your flight Tickets a week before the travel dates with the names provided by yourselves. If there is a typo or a lettering mistake on the names, our company holds no responsibility of any incovenience thay may be experienced so it is best to have a copy of the passport provided to your reprsentative.

COACH TRANSFER & TRANSPORTATION:
All of the buses we use are luxury air conditioned buses. Most of them have TV, freezer available and our luxury Mercedes Sprinter has internet and mini bar. All of the buses used intercity are very clean, comfortable and safe. You will witness a lot of interesting and beautiful views during the journey. For long bus journeys, we give a small break every 2-5 hours to relax.

MEALS:

Dinners usually served in the hotels on half board category. Lunches will be served in restaurants on the destination route.  Meals are mostly served as Set Menu or Open Buffet Style. MUSEUM:

On our Tour Routes, we include all the “must see” museums and sight-seeing venues in our itinenary. This service is included within the Tour price. Some museums have different operation days and times but we will have similar sites to fill in for them.

Turkey is a great destination for shopping opportunities especially Trukish rugs/carpets, jewelry, leather, textile, ceramics and many other hand made artifacts. During the tours, we recommend some of the reliable and reasonable shopping venues to be visited. Our shopping stops are consisted of trustworthy, guaranteed vendors. Our guide will direct you to such stores during the tours. You may get informed by our guide in regards to shopping mattters while on the tour. TIPPING:
It is not a  -must- to tip on our tours. However, if you are satisfied with the services provided by driver and the guide, you may consider tipping them accordingly as 2 EUROS for the guide and 1 EUROS for the driver per person per day. It is customary in Tourism industry in line with customer expectations and we inform our personnel to provide the best of our services whether or not tip is given.
