PROGRAM:

1^st Day (Sat.) COSTA DEL SOL - TARIFA – TANGIER – RABAT

Drive along the picturesque tourist route of Costa del Sol to Tarifa where boarding on Ferry to Tangier crossing the Strait of Gibraltar towards Africa. Arrival to Morocco, disembark, clear customs and continue to Larache. Continue to Rabat. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

2^nd Day (Sun.) RABAT CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning city tour visiting the important sights as the Royal Palace from outside, Mohamed V Mausoleum, the unfinished Hassan Tower which are important examples of the Almohade architecture. Continue to Casablanca, the "cinematographic". Economic capital of the country with more than four million inhabitants combines its modern art-nouveau or art-deco buildings with the old buildings of the thirteenth century, when it was known as Dar El Baida (the white's hose). See Mohammed V Square, Boulevard D'Anfa, Nôtre Dame Cathedral and the exteriors of the impressive Great Mosque of Hassan II, where more than 3,000 craftsmen worked. 3^rd Day (Mon.) MARRAKECH

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the city and its great historical past: Koutubia Mosque or the booksellers whose minaret in a hispanomorisco style, of great beauty, is the symbol of the city, the exceptional Mausoleum of the sixteenth-century princes Saadinos and The sumptuous Bahia Palace (The Precious), built in the IX C. by hundreds of artisans from Fez. Walking around the Medina (ancient city) and its souks where a thousand and one artisan products are offered to the visitor to end up in the fascinating world of the famous Djemaa El Fna Square (Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO) where storytellers, snake charmers, jugglers , Dancers, etc...Constitute an authentic "cut of the miracles". Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

4^th Day (Tue.) MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE

Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure from Marrakesh heading south. Cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka that connects Marrakesh with the presaharian oases. After several stops enjoying the wonderful panoramas, continue onto, Ait Ben Haddou, considered the most beautiful fortress in the country and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here famous films such as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth or The Jewel of the Nile among others were filmed. Continue to Ouarzazate. Arrival, dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

5^th Day (Wed.) OUARZAZATE – ERFOUD 

Breakfast. Visit the Kasbahs Taourirt, located in the heart of the city. Visit the interior and the Patio de Armas. Later departure to Erfoud crossing the Dades Valley through cities like Boulmane to Kellah M "gouna with its immense palm trees and the Valley of the Roses. Arrival at the Todra Gorges, impressive geographical accident caused by the erosion of the river. Free time to discover it on your own. Continue to Erfoud, dinner and overnight at the hotel).

Optional excurtions*:

Sunrise in the dunes of Erg Chebbi - Excursion in a 4x4 vehicle to see the sunrise in the desert. Departure very early in the morning of the 5th day of the tour from our hotel in Erfoud to the sea of ​​dunes of Erg Chebbi, where you can see the sun's effect at dawn and take a dromedary ride. Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Night in the dunes of Erg Chebbi - Continue towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi, where you will stay in nomadic tents. You can spend the night in a heavenly place and dine the typical desert dishes. You will see the sunrise in the desert and take a 4x4 tour and a camel ride.

*If you hire this optional excursion, you cannot make use of the Erfoud hotel and there is no refund for not using the hotel in Erfoud.

6^th Day (Thu.) ERFOUD – FEZ

Breakfast. Depart towards Fez. Visit the Ziz River Valley with endless palm groves and houses built on mud and straw. Continue to the Middle Atlas through Errachidia and Midelt with high mountain climates and almost perpetual snow. Finally they arrive at the cedar forest of Azrou to arrive at the end of the afternoon in Fez. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

7^th Day (Fri.) FEZ

Breakfast at the hotel and then, visit of this old city that with its 785 mosques and its splendid Medina (old city), is the intellectual and religious capital of the country. 8^th Day (Sat.) FEZ – TANGER – TARIFA – COSTA DEL SOL

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Tangier. Transfer to the pier and aboard the ferry to return across the strait of Gibraltar back to Spain. Arrival to Tarifa and drive towards Costa del Sol.

(*) Only one piece of luggage per person is allowed. Passengers have to go through customs control with their own        luggage.

(*) The chosen option of accommodation in Merzouga (Hotel or Jaima) must be indicated at the time of booking.
